KIBO TREKKING ADVENTURES - BOOKING CONDITIONS:

1. Kibo Trekking is a trade name for Kibo Trekking Adventures Limited (the" firm") based in Arusha Tanzania.

2. A booking is accepted only after the firm receives a correctly completed booking condition form together with the relevant deposit and becomes definite when the Company issues a confirmation invoice.

3. If your bookings are made through a Travel Agent a deposit of 15% is paid and all correspondence and other communications will be sent to the agent. All money paid to the Travel Agent in relations to this contract are held by the Agent for the company until such monies are forwarded to the company.

4. If you arrange you holiday directly to us then a deposit of 30 to 50% is payable and the balance is due 8 weeks before departure in order to facilitate acquisition of hotels / lodges, local flights bookings and park visitation fees in advance in order to avoid last minute rush.

5. A client canceling a place or places on a tour shall do so in writing and delivered by first class mail or delivered by facsimile. If the tour is canceled more than 60 days before the departure the firm shall return the deposit and / or payments. If the cancellation is made after 60 days before departure then the 30% deposit will not be returned. The firm must confirm all cancellations.

6. The firm reserves the right to increase prices, cancel, or partially cancel tours in the event of circumstances beyond our control or due to acts of God.

7. The supplier providing the travel services the client is booking are independent operators and not Agents or employees of Kibo Trekking Adventures Limited. The Firm is not liable or responsible for the willful or negligent act and / or omission of such suppliers or their respective employees, agents or representatives.

8. The client is aware that adventure travel contains and element of personal risk and may involve hazardous activities. By utilizing the travel services of the suppliers, the client aggress that neither Kibo Trekking Adventures Limited nor any representative shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury, to any persons or property including the consequential loss or loss of life howsoever or by whosoever caused.

9. Medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during all part of your trip. The client is responsible for being in sufficiently good health and having the required vaccinations to undertake the trip. The client is responsible for obtaining travel insurance including coverage for the trip cancellation, loss and theft of baggage and emergency evacuation.
